Der Dau Custom Boots Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility:
The Der Dau Custom Boots Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Der Dau Custom Boots (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Contest Period:
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM EST on January 1, 2025, and ends at 5:00 PM EST on March 14, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).

3. How to Enter:
To enter, visit derdau.com/win during the Contest Period and complete the entry form with your name, email address, and other required information. Limit one entry per person.

4. Drawings and Prizes:

  • Grand Prizes (3): Three (3) winners will be randomly selected during the Contest Period to receive a free full custom equestrian riding boot.
  • Consolation Prizes (30): Thirty (30) entrants will be randomly selected during the Contest Period to receive a 50% off discount on a custom equestrian riding boot.

5. Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of each drawing. Winners must respond within seven (7) business days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Details:

  • Grand Prize: A free full custom equestrian riding boot valued at approximately $2,800.
  • Consolation Prize: A 50% discount on a custom equestrian riding boot. The discount applies to the base price and excludes taxes, shipping, and additional customizations.
    Prizes are transferable but cannot be substituted for cash or other items.

7. General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest.

8. Release:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Der Dau Custom Boots, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

9. Privacy:
Personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest. Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Der Dau Custom Boots and may opt-out at any time.

10. Sponsor:

11. Governing Law:
The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
